The body of the character is made entirely out of the same colour of clay, while his clothes use a darker tone and are also glazed. The eyes, fangs and shirt have glazing with red, green and white paint under it, separated with a dry rope technique.
Since he's a living creature some parts of his body also have a darker tone due to always getting wet, like the nose or the inside of the mouth.
