Ahve always wanted a Boo doll for m'self, but I could never find any big enough or cute enough for sale that I liked and that were official- so I decided to jus cut out the middle man n' make one m'self.Made it in the style of the Boos from Paper Mario because, I dunno I just like the way they look a bit more.~

Ahm FINALLY gonna start making plushies now too wif m' hats.~ x3 The fabric glue I found really works wonders for holding details on- so that helps me out A LOT with figuring out how to get certain plushie details to stick when there's no easy way for me to be hiding string n' knots on them otherwise.~ xB

I just gotta buy some silk labels n' print the Nintendo Seal on it n' I'll be all set.~
I have to wait for the fellas face to dry still, there's still a few wet spots here n' there around his mouth- but after that I'll prolly snuggle up with him for quite a few weeks.~ eue The stuffing that I use is from these really soft pillows m' parents didn't need anymore, so he's really squishy.~

In this case yes- since there wasn't an easy way for me to get the thread behind the face and therefore sew it without sewing the face all on before sewing the body together only for it to look completely distorted when I actually flipped him around to see.~ xDDD

I actually stopped midway wif him n' didn't really wanna pick him back up- one reason being I had bit off way more than I could chew with trying to make him to begin with. xDDD But also since the official Disney one had come out I'd really like to just get the real thing instead.~ :> I tend to not want to make stuff lest there's no other way for owning them y'see.~ Plus if I buy the official one then it might help with the cause of Disney putting him in other stuff aside from just Epic Mickey.~

I just made it on a whim in about three hours this afternoon. :> I just modified some of m' hat patterns to get the full shape for his body and for the face I just kept trimming scrap pieces until I got something that I was happy with.~

Would you ever consider making simple little plushies like this to sell alongside hats? Or is this just a one time/personal thing? I understand that would call for even more money for stuffing and all but hey, it'd prolly make you more money too. ;0
