Most of them in this timeline knew Frisk to not be very talkative, but it'll be a quirky learning process for everybody as the blog continues to go on with future stories and things :,P

Of course it isn't! xD My main point was just the characters around Frisk were already used to not hearing much from them, so it's more of an issue on everyone's part figuring out how to help the kid cope with the change, rather than getting used to the change itself.
