Every year on mer-Halloween night in puplantis, the city becomes haunted when all the Merpup spirits/ghosts who once lived many years ago come to live from the cemetery heading towards the city with lots of paranormal activity inside and outside the castle walls including homes and shops from manifesting, disappearing and moving objects with no explanation making every Merpup (who are alive today) frightened.
It’s really the highlight seeing it in person once a year in October which no one doesn’t know about but worth the experience.

However not all ghost appear and disappear doing lots of activity, like these 2 silly Merpup retrievers twins acting like ghosts but do scare anyone friendly Merpup

Next we have the Merpup twins tuck and Ella from paw patrol mighty pups) dressed up as spooky ghosts merpup as they ready to haunt the city of puplantis with the rest of the Merpup ghosts scaring everyone but these 2 are friendly and alive.
