i consider this fan art because technically she is my Avatar OC Kilona.there is a story behind this.... suffice to say, she grew up in Ba Sing Se.
after Azula took over, she would put on this guise ((kinda like zuzu and the blue spirit. i plan on drawing a pic of them together soon... XD)) and she would go through Ba Sing Se, making sure that teh fire nation ppls didnt abuse the citizens of Ba Sing Se.
(yes, those r supposed to be wings on her back. they are made of white fire. and they is foldeded
shes awesome like that (there is a reason she has a firebending boost.)fuzzy on the left cuz thats where the binding of mah sketchbook is.
Kilona (and the White Phoenix) is mine. (c) so u cannot haz.

oh for sure, I got what you were going for right away. Do you know about that sokka/batman fanparody that came into being a few years ago? it was very similar--running around Ba Sing Se, righting wrongs and whatnot.
