I find it extremely interesting the patterns a couple of your white streaks make. When someone holds a balloon it starts with a horizontal line, and curves into a vertical. This is echoed in a few of the lines made by the white dots. Not sure if that was intentional, but I like it either way. Also, on the subject of the white splatters, I really do like it a shit ton that you can't see splatter marks, and adds to the soft feel this piece brings. <3 the whispies!!
The black border between the skyline and the grass might have looked better if you could see the jagged below the buildings, instead of letting it hide them mostly. I'm curious though if you did chose to line the tops more prominently for any particular reason, mostly because I can't decided if I like it or not.
The clouds are ownage, and quite possibly the best clouds I've ever seen in pop art. I love the clean, efficient stamp look they have, and even more I like the smudge that radiates out of the clouds to give them more life.
Lastly, an odd observation: the texture in the upper right hand corner. I like it. A lot. After seeing that I think you should consider working a piece on a more imperfect piece of wood, with weird textures like that being more prevalent. I think it might make for a rockstar work of PJ art.
