Renga the Blood Hair. -At one point in his early pirate days he got some black stuff in his hair and had to visit a bath house to wash it out. While in there he was attacked by Marines, but he cut them down, and then had to make his escape before he could even dry off. When the witnesses saw him go in with black hair, then come out with dripping wet blood red hair, and then found out that he had cut down several men, they assumed that his hair was soaked in blood. Rather than denying it, he decided to roll with it to enhance his reputation.
