I asked my younger self for suggestions, so here are the heroes of my childhood.
1- Goten from Dragonball. Translated Sangoten in french ...
2- Bound Catwoman. She is probably the reason I got interested in bondage in the first place.
3- Dai from Dai no daibuken. His name was translated Fly in the first french edition of the manga ...
4- Yoko Tsuno, belgian comic by Roger Leloup.
5- Sonic. First videogame I owned was Sonic & Knuckles on Megadrive (Genesis)
6- Lara Croft. I played a lot on the first three Tomb Raider games, and I liked her before I got interested in boobs.

I would have loved to have seen Catwoman in her current predicament in her much better black costume (especially her Arkham City design), but this'll do.

Oui, je crois pas qu'elle soit très connue en dehors de la Belgique et de la France. Les autres persos on pouvait pas trop passer à côté quand on était enfant dans les années 90 ^^

Et même chez nous, la bande dessinée est un média moins répandu et aux références moins connues que les autres personnages. (Exception faite de Tintin, Asterix et deux ou trois autres)
