Vlad Masters! Vladimir Masters? Vlad Plasmius! Vladimir Plasmius? Anyway you say it Vlad is one of the best Villains out there. He has cash, he can defend himself, he has a castle and a resort, he's intelligent--uh, not counting Phantom Planet. Rush jobs don't count. >_> Seriously, we all know that Vlad is way to smart to throw all of his eggs into one basket like that. Uh, I just wish DP wasn't cancelled because season three was going to be awesome. Think about the three heavy hitters that they introduced that season; Vortex, Undergrowth, Nocturne! Just think of the other characters that were probably scrapped!

Episodes: Bitter Reunions, Billion Dollar Ghost...(many more obviously)
