Perry the platypus!from "Phineas and Ferb" the best cartoon ever!
This is the funniest moment from the episode "CandaceΒ΄s Big Day"
When I saw that episode I just had to draw this
I left out the rope that is supposed to be around his ankles (have platypuses/platypi got ankles?) and I made a completely different background.
