Sometimes we must walk through darkness to see the light in us. But for most of us its only a latern guiding us on our way, not the sun which resolves the night.

If one focus to much on the brightest spot of light one can't see the surrounding, priceless gems lying in shades and weak light of the stars in the midnight sky.

Do not follow the lantern - look around, see the stars, remember who carries the lantern through the night.

But this are only shiney baubles, manmade triffles compared to the light of the angels, the brillance of the the heavenly hosts singing his praise.

Shouldnt we be uplifted to this glory at the end of the journey when the path ends and deaths dark shadows loom ?

Whose prise ?

Honestly I would rather prefer starting another journey through the darkness, another search for the secrets, another travel towards the unknown. Always traveling, always searching, always learning.

Learning for what ? For the cold and endless hours in the dark grave. What is learning good for, if it doesent lead us to the higher mysteries, to realize the higher principles.

I hope that there is something after the death. And if it is, then there will always something to learn. As long as anyone can touch the world it will be changing at least because of that. Thous, there will be something to learn. I believe that learning is a perpetual state - you can't ever know that you know everything. Each time I learn something I find that there is much more to know what I don't know now. Even higher principles, higher mysteries can should be investigated by a logic mind.

For what? As everything in this world - because. No reason, no sense, no purpose. It is just my preferred way of spending eternity. Well, one has to do something at those endless hours, right?

And what do you do with all the things learned ? If there is no purpose they are like an endless row of shiney, newmade tools in a workers bench. How can you compare them to the feeling of having the old, wornout hammer of your ancestors in your hand, yet you know that this tool has served well for generations and each stroke with it will drive true and fullfill its task easily.

One should choose wisley what to learn and without practice the mind will never calm and look beneath the surface of reality but dance on and on like a butterfly from one blossom to another. But when winter come all the blossoms visited will be reaped away by frost and snow.
