Can anyone teach me how to draw electronic drawings, like this one made from computer. I only know traditional drawings, I want to make my drawings in the computer like this but I don't know how... Anyone can help me please...

It is not a drawing. It's photomanipulation. There are combined two photos and a little brush work on childs hair and on the pole. The birds are added also but it is a premade brush set.
