Description In 2015 the world breaks into another cold war, a cold war that reached its height in 6 months. The countries jumping to each other's throats barely had enough time to build superior technologies to out think the other, so they went with sheer might and brawn to scare each other off. The most iconic vehicle from these "war" was the A-10H, H indicating it's dual fuselage design the Halberd is two over-powered tank killers strapped to each other- still armed with both their original cannons- but BIGGER. Now what could possibly be killed with a gun that started off as turning tanks to dust? That would Submarines... under 2 kilometers of ice. Yup. These here are submarine killers, armed with special MBAR rounds, equipped with 1/2 ton radar modules mounted between the two fuselages, and 4 lighter, (colder running- helpful in such an environment) more powerful stealth engines. Altogether, whatever is in front of these things, will no longer exist.

On a technical note....

You'd rather have one, single cannon in a centre pod being fed from magazines in either fuselage.

Still.. always got'a love the hog. No matter whether rel of fantasitc.

Lucky... Best I've seen is a Sea Harrier. So, the smoke and background... Are they after effects or, say, a 2-D box with smoke effects on a transparent texture for the smoke, and more of the same on the background?

Smoke is post-processing, along with the BG. The scene setup is really simple. There's the two birds and a plane underneath them so that V-Ray renders a shadow. V-Ray renders do not include a sky, in the saved image it's only transparent, so while the ground is included in the image, I can slap in an image afterwards Β and put it on the horizon.

Hope that makes sense.

Awesome backstory for this. Reminds me of the P-82 Twin Mustang from WWII.

I've seen one in real life! Really inspiring planes actually- they're pretty cool!
