Description Inspired by WWII44's Whitetip submarine.

The Anglo-Arcius lads had the idea as to making a submersible runway and needed a test model- which chose to put the Randall in the spotlight. So all the additions were made- a hangar/ repair bay- a retrieving crane and a improved engine, making the Randall a choice vehicle for a runway.

But the air force had no plane that could launch on such a sort strip, so the designers got busy and created the Bering D2-40, a small two seater airplane with a insanely powerful engine, that was still light enough to propel itself into the air (the Dwight MG-780) with the slightest breeze.
