The whole car is sort of "a design in hindsight", I honestly can't figure out what year this car could have supposedly been made.This was a blazingly fun (and fast!) project, the whole car starting from a headlight study. I'm actually really pleased with the geomoetry of the car, it's in that nice mid-range of polygons, not too many to make me angry, but not too few to be absurd. I'm pretty sure I'll be uploading this to the 3D warehouse, I'll post a link if I do.

I'd say Late 70s to Early 80s. The Drive Game and Starsky and Hutch come to mid.

I would judge it to be early to mid '70s. However the fender mount mirrors were outlawed in '63.

Nice! I would say 1973...The last of the big cars before the Oil crunch! Reminds me of a 1976 Mercury Monarch that I once owned. Well...that car wasn't NEARLY this nice....but the lines are similar. A paint job and wheels like this would have looked fantastic on that car. Ahhh....sorry....I'm rambling. Great Model, it certainly stirred a lot of thoughts in my head!
