Another drawing to see where my pencil would take me.A kind of beast and rider. The Rider seems to be eagle based and the beast like a bull and jumping spider.

Interesting. Is that the rider's fur/feathers or a robe it's wearing? Nice work keeping the creasing consistent, and the attention to detail you used in designing the function of the mount's bit pulls the rider and beast into a cohesive whole.
