Description OK, so I lied... the pumpkin I said was the last for this year...welll... Turns out I still had a pie pumpkin sitting around just waiting to be carved. This one has the added hands.

This remind me of something from Jim Henson but not sure what. Something from Labyrinth might look like this. Fun idea.

This is a really cool idea for a pumpkin carving. It was also executed with great skill.

Why thank you!... This was actually a small leftover pie pumpkin that I couldn't just let sit there. It demanded to be carved! How could I refuse?

Thanks. I have to say that it can be tough getting enough depth with only an inch or so of pumkin flesh to work with. Thanks for the fav and the comment!

Thanks again. Pumpkins are another one of the temporary art forms. The bad part is if you really like it, no matter how hard you try... you can't keep any more than a photograph of it. If it isn't what you wanted... it's gone in a few days

Oh man that is awesome. I love the face and the rotten eye. That is one friggin' cool pumpkin. I can't believe you did it on such a small pumpkin too.

Thanks...Next year...multiples on a much larger pumpkin! I just need to find a couple of foam pumpkins to practice on for now.

Ah, that's a nice carving. And you can see the pumpkin's skin texture. Awsome.

Thanks. This might have been a little easier had it been a regular pumpkin instead of something that's only 6" across. Something to work on for next year.

Thanks It's too bad that you only get to do this once a year. Makes it hard to practice to be sure.
