can i have ur permission for trying this base with Higarashi no Naku Koro ni character Shion??i just love this body type and it suits Shions body type so i would love to create with this base and also if it is possible add something as background^_^(also i have never tried a base before. . .so yeah u r gonna steal my virginity on thisXD)

Some tips...
I always use the line tool.
Out line every color before you color in a shape. For hair and clothes outline. Try and add shading...^^
