Hah. Great one. Though I feel it could use more contrast. It looks like its an underwater scene right now. Wouldn't hurt giving the sky more saturation, more contrast on the clouds (Making its lightest part lighter as well) and bumping up contast on the poké just a little bit and maybe giving him easier to notice outlines.
