One thing I kinda expected when I saw the picture in small size was the fallen king being cracked... and perhaps the blood flowing out of him?

That would make the impression of red pieces standing against pure ones and made the bleeding more realstic at the same time

thats very good. the only thing i thought when i looked at it is maybe the fallen one should be a bit cracked? not that you would want to crack your glass pieces, but maybe a bit of touched cracked?
