I don't mean to ask something rude or possibly irritating..but is this poem about being in a hospital/mental hospital?

It's okay to ask, you're actually the first person to I think. I write this right after I was discharged from hospital for an overdose/suicide attempt.

It was a long process of getting better. A hospital stay doesn't just fix everything. But I've worked really hard to get to a better place, I still am.
