If anyone hasn't realized, I'm Pansexual, and I came out to my parents today. Their reactions were exact opposite of what I thought they would...
My Father- He hugged me and whispered 'It doesn't matter who you love, you're still my beautiful daughter.'
My mother- She looked at me and frowned, saying in a sharp tone, "Oh, you're not this pansexual thing, you're confused and you only liked boys before this. It's sinful, Taylor, God says it's wrong."
My mother's reaction actually pissed me off greatly, I expected her to understand and listen. I may be a Non-Denominational Christian, but I believe that no matter what kind of love it is, love is love, and God is said to love all his children.

No worries..i'm still working out what i am..i don't like to put labels on people , but ..i'm thinking im pan too...I don't really care about gender and such..it's the personality and things like that that attract me
But..i'm kinda , well i damit it..i fear relationships..but at that same time, im passive about it all, knowing how judgemental people are, i tend to keep that sorta thing to myself, besides, why should it matter to them? ...
Your father sounds like a brilliant man..it's just a shame your mother hadn't taken the same approach... (apologies, i shouldn't talk about people i don't know, and she is your mother after all, so please forgive me, i mean no offense.)

Hahah, well, im 21, and live in the uk...so distance..and possibly age *it's bad manners to ask a lady her age, unless absolutely necessary!* might be a problem...who knows?
