My little trick with alcohol markers is to put on the blush before the skin color dries all the way, if that makes any sense

It makes enough sense - that might have been what I was doing wrong as I was using -old as heck- prismacolor markers without much knowledge of how they really functioned

Yeah, it does, then again most media/mediums take awhile even if you've been at it for a long time. I might try and eventually get back into traditional at some point :>
