This picture... although the quality sucks balls because I don't have a scanner right now... pretty much sums up the development our dearly beloved Bastet is going through in her newly changed storyline.The first one shows her all sweet, an innocent little thing who wouldn't hurt a fly, the servant and slave of the saiyans and still a good-natured soul and pure of heart. Age 16-18
The second one shows her a little more feisty. She is now under the command of Frieza, as he's waiting for her to get full control over her healing abilities and allowed her to train in order to get stronger. And Bassy isn't the strongest fighter ever, but she's doing quite a good job defending herself. Age 18-20
The third and last picture shows her in her royal attire. It's what she would wear if she were queen of her homeplanet. It's the last stage, and as soon as she found out about her past and what's supposed to be hers and what was taken from her along with her family, she turns stern and slightly cold-hearted, as she trusts NOBODY. Not anymore. She becomes your typical cold as ice queen, willing to get her kingdom back. Age 20-24

I swear to god, I have no idea... two hours in shoes like that and my feet are crying out in agony... but I guess since Bassy is not exactly the strongest fighter ever, she rather focuses on other things like her brains (and she needs her brains if she wants to rule over her planet) and her womanly looks... she adores beauty in every way

Her design is quite lovely and beautiful, I love the saiyan armor the design of her as a royal queen

Yes, that's how I wanted her to be. Years ago, I created her to be only tough and feisty and such, but I wanted her to have a bit of character development. I'm glad you like the designs of her outfits!

It wasn't easy turning her that stern and reserved and cold, but it's somewhat logical if you think about it... you know, finding out your kingdom was taken from you, your mother was murdered at the hands of the father of the man Bastet was in love with, speaking of which, Vegeta never loving her in return, her father rejecting her and her brother being lost... it's a wonder I didn't turn her into a maniac queen instead

Indeed... and she's so afraid that more things might happen to her that she sees no other way than turning so cold... even Ginyu witnesses it, as she's all like "Vegeta didn't love me back, Raditz died and you'll leave me too sooner or later, so get lost before I'm starting to get feelings for you!" towards him... poor kittycat is afraid of being attacked or hurt ;-;
