This is quite a nice angle and perspective to practice at, and you did it quite well! Never seen a GiD drawing done in this pose before, and it's NEKU! Wonder if he's being dragged away by someone?
Everything is actually nice, the hand could surely improve, the shoulders and bottom might be a bit odd but it's tolerable given the angle you're using. Could try to make the line a bit cleaner? Are you drawing with a mouse, what program?
