Several years ago, a group of pirate Minis were disbanded- but there were a few still on the loose, in the present day. A Gun Specialist Eagle Mini was one of them, selling illegal arms on the black market. Detective Charlotte had aimed to bring down this Mini's operation, and upon tracking down her base in a desert, a battle ensued. Upon being defeated by Weaver, the Mini was offered to keep her freedom as long as she joined the Mini Frontiers Regional Police. While reluctant at first, the Eagle Mini eventually joined Charlotte's team.

Altair is a rude and opportunistic sort, often willing to make not-so-scrupulous decisions if she can get away with it. Those moments are few and far between, as she's under the constant watch of Charlotte and Weaver. She complains about how much her "wings have been clipped", but at the same time, enjoys the perks that come with working for law enforcement. Her predatory nature is also a factor in her judgement, as she gets many opportunities to battle as part of the job. It doesn't necessarily mean that she won't bail against much stronger opponents, she just doesn't like being bored.

In battle, Altair truly lives up to her title as the Gun Specialist Eagle, as she's proficient in many different kinds of firearms, and uses those skills in tandem with her flight capabilities and sharp eyesight. Specifically, Altair uses a pair of semi-automatic pistols because they're light and easy to carry while flying. She can also use powerful winds to whip up a Dust Cloud to hide in- just a little something she's learned during her time in the desert.

Moves:

Wing Clipper: (Metal|Special) The user fires a shot that cripples the opponent's flight. It makes the foe vulnerable to attacks on the ground.

Dust Cloud: (Earth|Status) The user blows a cloud of dust and sand that gets in the opposing team's eyes, lowering accuracy.

Evasion Counter: (Wind|Status) The user skillfully performs aerial maneuvers, sending any special move back towards its attacker. It fails when used in succession.

Rapid Fire: (Metal|Special) Metal bullets are used in rapid fire to injure the target. It may leave them paralyzed.

Ultimate Move: Bullet Tornado. (Wind|Special) Altair spins in midair, unleashing a tornado of wind and bullets to damage all in range. The attack leaves opponents blinded.
