After three successful years of running her cafe, Niko decided that it was time to finally take a vacation to Japan. Her Minis were excited to see the place she came from...only to realize that things had gotten a little strange since she left. There were cat girls roaming the streets, seemingly as part of an event. Turns out, it was the result of a Cat Princess Mini, who was using her Catalyst to make people serve her! Catherine immediately attacked the Mini, issuing a battle which put Niko's skills as a Trainer to the test! Impressed with Niko's team, the Mini halted her control over Akihabara, and soon joined Niko.

Midnight is actually one out of several princesses hailing from another planet, tasked with planetary conquest. While this Cat Princess is a playful, cutesy sort, Midnight is a sneaky Mini who truly believes in cat supremacy. Having learned that this world already worships cats, Midnight believed that her victory over the planet was certain. Upon encountering Niko, Midnight soon decided that it would be easier to control this world through influence instead of brute force. She'd help Niko to become a proper cat idol, and it'll start with making her cat cafe much more popular...

Side note, Catherine and Midnight do NOT get along.

In battle, Midnight has all of the basic attributes a Cat Mini would have, including speed and agility. What makes Midnight special however, is her Cat Catalyst. When Midnight scratches someone, particles with her distinct bio-signature will get into their bloodstream. In seconds, that person changes into a cat girl, who'll scratch others- and that's how it spreads. However, Midnight can only control a relatively small number of infected people; everyone else is just there to spread the virus further. It won't work on people who are already beast-like, such as Niko's own team of Cat Minis.

Moves:

Cat Claw: (Beast|Physical) The user swipes the target with sharp, retractable claws.

Cat Charm: (Beast|Status) The user releases pheromones to infatuate the opponent. Opponents who are affected by the Cat Virus Ability will be infatuated without fail.

Cat Command: (Beast|Status) On a turn that any opponent is immobilized by love, the user commands them to restore 55% of health.

Ultimate Move: Night of the Felines. (Beast|Physical) Midnight commands an army of Cat Minis affected by her influence, and attacks with them to damage the opposing team. It is sure to spread the Cat Virus Ability and change their Type to Beast-type.
