Superhuman Hearing: Ultiman has the ability to expand his hearing range, giving him the ability to hear sounds before the sound waves actually reach him. This also gives him incredible hearing at extreme variances of sound and pitch frequency, allowing him to pick up noises from across the globe. He has shown enough control to block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source/frequency.

Super Smell: On various occasions, Ultiman has demonstrated that his sense of smell is significantly enhanced to the point he can smell odors across the entire planet.

Super Vision: Ultiman also possesses a superior sensory arrangement of visual capabilities.

Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: He can see into all of the EM Spectrum. Ultiman can see and identify radio/television and any and all broadcast/transmitted frequencies, allowing him to avoid detection through radar or satellite monitoring methods.
Telescopic Vision: The ability to focus his vision to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics.
Microscopic Vision: The ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the subatomic level.
X-Ray Vision: The ability to see through anything except lead. Since it is passive, this ability would not generate harmful radiation in the same manner as a focused projection of hard X-rays.
Thermal Vision: The ability to see through the heat tracks left by a living being or object.

Super leaping: Ultiman is able to jump several stories in a single bound without having to fly due to his super strong legs.

Mimicry: Through a combination of super hearing and precise muscle control, Ultiman can imitate another person's voice.

Accelerated healing factor: Ultiman's solar-charged metabolism accelerates his healing and allows him to burn calories at a fast rate, making him resilient to weight gain. Direct exposure to sunlight will also accelerate his recovery from any injuries he manages to sustain.
Contaminant Immunity: Ultiman has an immunity to all forms of disease and contaminants on Earth. This immunity extended to similar contaminants or chemicals from most other worlds.
Atmospheric Adaptation: Ultiman has the ability to adapt to any climate or weather condition and can survive in the vacuum of space without oxygen.

Weaknesses

Vulnerability to Magic: Ultiman's biomatrix is his most powerful asset, but the strength of this field is also its greatest weakness. Its permeability to certain wavelengths makes him vulnerable to certain radiations, particularly magical energies whose chaotic electromagnetic or extra-dimensional signatures disrupt this force field. Like the rest of his species and humans, Ultiman could be affected by supernatural forces or powers. This is because his powers are due to his natural physiology and not from the supernatural. Ultiman's vulnerability to magic varies depending upon the special effects of the magic. No magic seems to be able to directly destroy him unless it comes from a semi-divine or divine source. He can be injured and worn down by magical entities. Magic can have powerful and unpredictable effects on Ultiman and his magical enemies have often proven to be the most dangerous.
Vulnerability to Chi: Because of Ultiman's solar-based powers, planetary based esoteric and vital forces could have an opposite effect on him. Concentrated doses of such energies could severely cripple Ultiman and become fatal.
Solar Energy Dependency: His abilities will eventually weaken without replenishing his energy reserves with normal (yellow) or blue sun radiation, especially if he doesn't have any direct contact with yellow or blue sunlight. When exposed to red solar radiation, it causes Ultiman to lose his powers within a large amount of exposure until the exposure to yellow or blue sunlight will reverse this effect.
High-Pitched Noises: Because of his sensitive hearing, Ultiman is vulnerable to extreme noises like sonic screams and thunderclaps which could disorient him and cause pain in his auditory sensors, leaving him vulnerable in a fight.

Extreme energy: Extreme amounts of energy could be enough to kill Ultiman.

Solar energy overload: If Ultiman absorbs too much solar energy from his Earth's Sun. Because of this, his body will deteriorate slowly and need a heart transplant from another member of his species in order to offset the solar radiation in Ultiman's blood. Eventually, it will kill him due to Ultiman not being able to make the transplant in time

Electricity: Despite his invulnerability, Ultiman seemed relatively vulnerable to large amounts of electricity.

Solar energy depletion: Using his powers to their maximum for an extended period could significantly drain his solar energy to the point where Ultiman could lose all of his powers and be rendered human-like for at least a day or more. This would render him as weak as a human, allowing Ultiman to get injured and killed as easily as a normal human.
Sound-dampening technology: The frequencies designed to block super-hearing cause Ultiman slight pain when trying to use it in areas protected by the technology.

Lead: Ultiman can not see through lead, even with his X-ray vision.

Red sun - The color of the sun affects Ultiman's physiology, he can only absorb yellow and blue solar radiation but red solar radiation neutralizes his powers.

Vulnerability to Chocolate: Ultiman's weakness is chocolate. It turns his skin into a brownish-gray color, makes him cold, shiver and collapse, and becomes skinnier when eaten. A specific chemical in chocolate referred to as "Sucrotaxonite", is poisonous to Ultiman and his species.
