Parents: Noctis and Angel

Notes on Personality:
-Is the self-proclaimed spirit of wind and change
-has horrid mood swings(gets this from her momma)
-often gets mistaken for a male because of her beard and intimidating voice
-enjoys scaring/joking with ponies(makes herself look intimidating/mysterious and spooky)
-despite being associated with wind, has extremely fragile wings she keeps hidden under her (shell???)
-her scales running along her body can shift like a mood ring to reflect her moods, so they are constantly changing
-her chaos magic is pretty strong, she can levitate and control weather(she likes bowling over ponies with wind for giggles)
-she can shift, to a point, but only for a very limited amount of time
-she cant control the moon, but has a limited power over stars
-enjoys making constellations in the shape of rude images and glorious pics of herself
-thinks her grandparents are badass
-likes to question angels life choices to irritate him

yeah that's about it. I really enjoyed making her, especially that mane. also so many gradients why
