In the Justice-Verse, Jefferson Pierce, better known as Black Lightning, is a Conduit.

Note: His origin is very similar to the CW TV series, in that he gained his powers through an experimental drug disguised as a vaccine. This was done by those behind the experiment in an attempt to create more Conduits, but subtler and less overtly destructive than detonating Ray Spheres.
