In the Justice-Verse, UltraTech operates in the city-state of Night City, being one of the mega-corporations that makes up the Conglomerate.

ARIA currently leads UltraTech, having usurped and killed their previous CEO. After Arasaka fell, UltraTech was one of the most vulturous in seizing whatever assets could be salvaged. ARIA recognizes the threat of Black Noir's team Truth and David Martinez's edgerunners, so for now she tolerates the other mega-corps until the rebellion has been quashed, with her true goal being that she serves the Machine Empire, formerly under Ultron-Sigma and now under Galvatron, and seeks to eliminate the other corps so that she can fully claim Night City and all of its tech for the Machine Empire.
