He is a COL or spliced child from our RP 0-W-L-S (Organization of Lost Wandering Souls)

Coda is part Symphony and Thelmis, like Symphony his power manifists through music
He unlike Symphony and more like Thelmis, he is aloof and to the point, he is go by the book guy.

The goal in creating him was to have a "State Friendly' HClass soldier, Hclass are members who can use powers that affect more than the elements
They are extremely dangerous, but as of late have been manageable.

That being said, Coda is obsessed with anything music, it is easy to get his attention by mentioning music.
