012 - Chillup (Chill+Pup) - The Pup Pokemon - CHILLUP are widely regarded as perfect house pets, loyal and respectful to their owners. Chillup are very warm natured but tend to have very low core temperatures.013 - Burrsky (Brr[cold]+Husky) - The Ice Dog Pokemon - During evolution, CHILLUP's moisture full coat hardens and becomes a coat of solid ice adding to BURRSKY's Defense. They have been known to wander tundras for days without any ill affects.

013 - NORMAL/ICE TYPE
Edit - Newly Revamped sprites, which, I'm really happy with. They aren't so plain and boring looking, there's some character there and Burrsky looks bad-ass!!!

Yeah your right, ill probably just touch up the colours and try create some sort of icy texture on the sprite.
