EDIT: Don't forget to submit your teams to the Atlas, too; submission is mandatory, so you need to do that as soon as you can. Make sure you submit this team as Eevee/Lopunny, not Flareon/Lopunny, since evolution isn't available there yet.

...You didn't need to change her back to an Eevee. That's not what I was asking.
When you submit to the Atlas, you have to choose the species of your team members. You need to pick Eevee and Lopunny THERE since evolution THERE isn't available yet.
