It looks like it's been too-heavily (and poorly) photoshopped, and that gives it a really creepy feeling.
the Woman looks likes she'd be very pretty, but something about the touch-ups made makes it hurt and feel over-smoothed and unnatural...
It doesn't look like her skin even need touch ups.
It's pretty enough, but feels very unnatural.

So I guess is must be true, but I just can't see it...really. One day I'll fix it though(and yeah, her skin needed to be photoshopped, and ofc this need varies from person to person).
