Symmetry always scares me, if it is even a little bit off, it just bugs the heck out of me... A big reason why I generally encourage asymmetrical posing and composition...

I know what you mean. Back in the Star Trek, TNG early seasons, Deanna Troi used to wear outfits where the necklines that were just ever-so-slightly asymmetrical. I wanted to reach into the screen and fix it.

Funny story:
It bothers me so much, while in college I woke up at 2am and noticed that one of the posters on the wall was slightly crooked. I just couldn't fall asleep knowing that poster was crooked.
So, at 2:30 in the morning, I got up and rehung that stupid poster so that I could fall back asleep.
My roommate thought I was nuts...
