The fur underneath looks much cooler than the fur on top. The curving shape is too hard I think. You seem to be drawing the tufts like scales..think softer...and less cohesive...fur matts when wet but its rarely stiff/hard. Also the lines that outline the tufts connect very closely I think this is not correct to get the fur feeling right. on the bottom part the fur looks more natural...less connected. It still has that stiff hard look but its not so scaly. I give you these comments by the way because I really like what you do with your drawings and Id love to see you improve this part of them. (btw its easier to describe than do I know.

All the use of blue makes it so calm and serene feeling. I've been staring at this for such a long while. It's just so beautifully done. The stars are beautiful along with the wolf. The detail of the fur is exquisite. Just gorgeous really.
Would you mind if I printed this off, just to hang on my wall. I think it's so beautiful.
