Her outfit looks the same as what it always has looks (atleast from how it was displayed in WoW), but her bow recently changed, because with the addition of "Artifact Weapons" in WoW-Legion, they actually changed her bow to be an attainable artifact called "Thas'Dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners". So you will be able to obtain her bow, in WoW-Legion.

Here is the lore for her new bow Thas'Dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners: "Legend has it that this elven family heirloom-once wielded by an infamous Ranger-General-can turn a mediocre archer into a master marksman... and make a master truly peerless"
