i had 6 tokens from the myo journal thingy, and i used them for...
subspecies: mammal (0 tokens)
arms: half (0 tokens)
spectra: fangs (1 token), multicolor (1 token), glimmering (2 tokens)
...so i only used 4 tokens actually, but oh well!
