The caption sums it up right there, alright. Jazz looks blissfully unaware and content (and that 'X3' expression he's got is puuuuurfect *bricked for the bad pun, ahem* for him.)
Prowl, meanwhile, is clearly not appreciating being peered in on... and his narrowed optics, frowning (tiny) mouth, and his doorwings held high clearly show his dislike. He almost looks like he's also saying 'You've got one second before I bite you'--or shoot, or something else that won't go too well for the viewer.
