Description
Its hard to be mad at Wood Forget-Me-Not (aka Myosotis sylvatica), with its beautiful little blue flowers and yellow appendages. But it is a non native species, from Europe actually, that's growing willy nilly in the Pacific Northwest.You can read more about Wood Forget-Me-Not on Wikipedia

I'm amazed you can tell this apart from the Small Flowered Forget-Me-Not . Impressive plant power and great photography.
I like how the flowers seem to range from white to blue to light purple.

Fortunately while the flowers are only subtly different the rest of the plant is more dramatic. Its all about dem leaves.
Its something that crops up in a couple of plant families I've seen, and I agree that its appealing.
