Yes I told you I'm dark!
The Picori's is his true form (I think), the human version is Hylian or Sorcerer form, Vaati reborn is... just Vaati Reborn, then the big eyeball is Wrath or final form...
I don't think the terminology is official, but this is what I've picked up on so far
