Quick birthday gift for the super nice whitemistrose ! Sorry it's not much, I would have loved to attempt better painting + a simple background but WEEPS AT THE SURPRISE 10-PAGE REPORT OUR PROF GAVE US FOR HOMEWORK.....I had so much trouble choosing which of Kasu's OCs to draw because every single one of them is beautiful ;;7;; finally settled for this adorable Duel Monsters OC named the Mischief Magician, who (as you can tell by her hat style) is part of the Magician series of Duel Monster cards in Yu-Gi-Oh *v* b I really loved her design because I was a BIG fan of the Dark Magician and its Magician themed comrades back in elementary school and I wanted to play on my nostalgia a bit /// this reminds me of a Dark Magician fan monster I made then...... it was horrible ugh //FACEPALMS Also those nice vibrant colors aren't what I usually use in my art, so I wanted to give it a try and see how it looks! it was kinda awkward trying to shade the yellow but I did my best// I've been so busy with school that I feel like my coloring/digital art skills are getting rusty by the day... when will I have time for more casual scrawling....!

This is an AWESOME piece, and I enjoy the Dark Magician Girl influence (I actually had a bit of a cartoon crush on her back in fifth grade). I don't know if my best friend ever liked Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I feel like she would love this drawing because of all the pink, light blue and yellow.
