Been forever since I did traditional art other than pencil doodles! :'D

The past week has been a little bit better than before - I caught a bad case of hay fever (nasal allergies orz) but the good news is that the students asked the sadist professor to cut down on our homework and she accepted our proposition! //DANCES ALL OVER THE PLACE now we only have to do one report/presentation every two weeks instead of one. (If the report/presentation-a-week kept up for the rest of the semester you guys probably would probably never have heard from me again cause I would have died from overworking my poor brain)

So in between my studies I had a little whim to dust off my old markers and try them out again. I was surprised to see that they hadn't dried out, but some of the lighter colors had faded (my markers are almost seven years old now;; ) and I had a hard time trying to find the light blues to use for Mirae's hair cause they had all turned into a sick greyish purple |D Fortunately, Plati's color-mixing came to the rescue and so I got a fairly satisfactory composition of colors on that paper ;v; It's hard to color with markers that don't have brush nibs like Copics do, though - all my markers are of the domestic Shinhan brand, and they're pretty much relics compared to the new brush nib marker line Shinhan's released recently ;;v;; too bad I don't have enough money to buy the new ones hahaha It's a pity though, cause if they were brush nibs I'd definitely use them more often - much easier to color and create effects like I did for the blue bg here! That sky blue is the only Copic I have, but it's definitely my favorite because of its soft brushy feel *v*

HERE'S MORE MIRAE ART CAUSE IT'S ALMOST THE END OF SEPTEMBER AND I WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF Tibumeru 'S DOUBLE EXP EVENT FOR THIS MONTH *3* ughhhh I need to hurry up and finish the app revamps / tibu gift arts too.... when will I have the time haha orz
