Explaining his origin: He is only other Saiyan, but is similar to Goku, they aren't related in nothing, just like you can found a person in the school or in the street that seems similar to you.

Goten at first looked like a mini adult Goku, but it's later stated that it's just Toriyama's style, therfor modern kid Goku looks like GT Goku

Ahhh, I see. I sorta got lost on that comic. Is Raditz saying that Turles has a different mother? Cause dayum, that'd be real dangerous haha. You know, I kinda get sad, whenever I think of Raditz and DB Minus, 'cuz Bardock and Gine did seem very nice, so imagine how they'd feel, knowing that their youngest son was forced to cause to death of their eldest?
