its kind of like an anime but really anime has the bigger, expressive eyes and face everything about them is happy not usually serious and they are very expressive. please dont say can't

It looks like anime to me. ^_^ The hair is wonderful with all the detail you put into it. I have to disagree with you again; this is definitely anime.
