These are screenshots off my laptop, it's running OpenSUSE 11 with KDE4.1, the two boxes are "Folder View" plasmoids, the color scheme is "danix" and the background, the pannel on the bottom is "Arezzo", I found the wallpaper here [link] and I am using the default Oxygen icon set.
