Eggman was quite surprised to find this drone standing ready to hypnotize and convert. The trap he laid was extremely obvious, he didn't think ANYONE, let alone someone who got to see the inner workings of his empire would fall for it. But lo and behold, what stood in front of him was nothing less than his latest lost experiment, body reshaped into a more feminine set and fully roboticized; even that bloody scarf having been repurposed into a par of tape buddies to capture enemies for conversion. Something was clearly up with her brain to spring that trap, and figuring out what it was would be quite useful for getting others. Even as an experimental failure, this empty-headed lizard still had its use; that data would be great to research before wiping the memory clean, after all.
