This is very creative. Your choice of color for the tears is perfect for the rest of the color palette. The light is also well done, with no blowout and maintaining good skin color.

The Tonal Quality is pretty good for the very narrow tonal range of the image (because it is a deep shadow image). This image is all about color and light, both of which are excellent.
