Description This is my coloured version of Inkthinker's lovely work 'Alleyway', original of which can be found here [link]

I admired this piece from afar for ages, before deciding to give it a go

I've reworked the highlighting and shading a fair bit, as well as completey changing some colours, thought I'd put it up before I mangle it!

Very subtle colors on a very well done piece of art. One of your best so far. And the shadow on her leg from the sword and arm....AWESOME! Stellar work!

Thank you very much! I used the smudge tool for the shadowing overlaid it on top of the lineart. I've been using the sponge tool ALL this time when it was the subtlety of the smudge tool I wanted Thanks for the heads up on that! Owe ya

So do you work on top of the lines or beneath? Because I learned a technique to fix the removal of whites..
